a government that cant "delegate" better than that, may not last 1-2 years...imo

to be honest...sanz & ORTEGA seem like good administrators to me.. in the positions that they hold...

sanz, seems to be willing to step up in front of 1000 po'd miners wanting thier just payment and say "listen, we're working on it but you have to work with us" ....

and ortega, seems to really care about working to improve the environment..but i seriously doubt that ortega could deal with 1000 PO"D miners and say.."you need to stop making a living, because it causes global warming"...

the real problem is that hugo wont loosen up the leash and let them run...he's too busy drinking his "johnie walker blue" to make a decision on something of this magnitude...

but he's willing to fly him and his "entourage" to the far east to get a loan for a similar amount of money...
