I may be wrong, but GRZ implying a litigation that could take a very long time is not likely to lure in speculators/investors.

Techs show GRZ all Bear Claws while KRY is now topping/turning, both in a normal technical cycle, even with this news. Good or Bad news always trumps the techs, and there is no trumping, yet. However, my experience has been that news takes a day or so to sink-in for those considering a GRZ or KRY play.

Gold trying again, getting close to $890'ish...
