just to throw it out there....i dont think we'll end up doing the long route of arbitratration but....based on all icsid claims i've seen so far the claim is based on the price/exchange rate/and other variables at the time the claim is made (or should have been made)...

i see $300 oz and 17mil oz being used here as a basis for claim...

at $800+oz the economically feasible oz in LC are over 20mil....the "cash costs" vary but most printed #'s point to $250-$450...

would'nt this put our claim at closer to $500+oz??? +expenses, +interest??

also, even though arbitration takes years to get an award. the prior awarded cases i've looked at have also granted interest from the time the claim was disputed til award...

like i say, i dont see us going through all this but the #'s could be substantial....
