Eddy, I am highly, highly, highly interested in this part, is this recently or is this talking about last August.....huge, huge difference and could mean some very big volume if recently:

"So, here is what I am getting. The MinAmb couldn't proceed with GRZ because they were not sure about the country's overall plan with respect to concession. However, the same MinAmb officials have been working positively with KRY to issue the thousands of pages long environmental permit document."
