I agree with this. I would only add that, with all of the positive things that KRY has supposedly been doing, it would be very easy for VZ to say that "we want to deal with international companies and KRY is a good example of what we are looking for because of..."

I appreciate the due dilligence that the people on this board do. And, while I don't post often, I read it religiously. For me, here is the issue in a nutshell:

Question: Why is it that almost anytime we want to find something positive coming out of VZ about KRY we have to "read into" a generic statement that does not specifically mention KRY? Today is the perfect example. It happens time and time again.

Answer: Because they never say anything positive about us. At least not recently. We get our share of negative comments that are so bad that we don't have to read into anything (Ortega) but you would think BY NOW someone with SOME AUTHORITY in VZ would be positive about KRY.

I don't expect them to bow down and praise KRY everyday. But, for a company that has supposedly been doing everything right for many years, you would think we would get some love from someone who matters.

I haven't given up hope on a permit. I just believe that they don't want to give it to us.

And I firmly believe something will happen (arb, buyout, permit, settlement) that will atleast get us back over $1.00. I am hoping for a lot more.
