Arbitration Cases Minca vs Crystallex

Does anybody know the finer details of the Minca case? What would be the difference between a Crystallex case and the Minca case? I know we have a contract and Minca was a contested concession.

Is Vanessa using a trade agreement in there lawsuit? I realize our settlement has nothing to do with Vanessa’s but they have been walking a similar path. I want to know how similar.
