One answer EZ...time. KRY has less of it. A bird in the hand........

I agree that the price SHOULD be higher but am afraid KRY will not be strong enough to ask for what is right.

I am still of the belief that the permit will be awarded and not a buyout, not how this thing looks to me as CVG is already the holder of the concession so why buy out an operator?

Just my 2 cents.
