I would hate to see arbitration but I agree we could come out way ahead price wise with arbitration.

1. Thank God The arbitration deadline is the end of May

2. Thank God KRY is pursuing arbitration

3. Obviously there is a "problem" in securing the permit. I could care less what the cause is at this point.

4. Hugo is an A-hole
