I remember a Vz news report where Sanz said they did not approve this deal soon after there was the announcment RML was happy to report a 50/50 joint venture, I posted soon after they got $crewed, Rusoro are good at only spinning and buying people imho, Roy Carson obviously got bought and paid for, I'm left to wonder how many other sold their soul.....
