Lar, I would assume this has a bit to do with how Placer sold the goods for 50 bucks with scheme to get the thing back when gold went up. It says Crystallex specifically cannot reassign the rights. The last time I talked with Marshall about this stuff his opinion was if the company was sold pre-permit the aquiring company would have to resubmit plans and start new with MinAmb. If they were bought out post permit, then obviously all the permits are in place and this wouldn't be neccesary, unless the new guys change something.

The key point in it all is that Vz would have to approve who it got sold to. They can't just sell to anyone they please without Vz approval, pre or post permit. That was Marshalls opinion and makes sense to me anyway. Whether that viewpoint has changed I don't know, but I doubt it.

Based on all the political rhetoric down there if this company does get sold or re-assigned it will go to who Vz wants with thier interests leading the charge, not kry's or us little shareholders' speculations and opinions of what we think will or should happen(this part is my opinion).

Anyway it would be nice to see some direction shown by someone.
