In order to estimate what our damages might be,don't we also have to estimate what the stock would be worth today, had we been given the Permit, as promised, and now, 2 years later, KRY is in production and is producing gold?
Let's assume the price of gold is $900 per ounce, cost of production is approx.$360.00 and production is 300 oz. per year.
You choose the P/E. I would say that 15 is a fair P.E.
The above, combined with what KRY has spent, and what we have done for Venezuela, should give you an idea of what we might expect, if KRY goes to Arbitration, or goes for a fair settlement with HUGO.
