1.) And if not, why not if it might be a benefit to Crystallex.

2.) In the article BNAmericas, Sanchez (president of Veneziuela's mining chamber Camiven), referring to state gold miner Minerven, stated: "At this point, it's the only company that shows any sign of having decent management".

Is he telling us that Crystallex has poor Management?

Is Crystallex still operating the Revemin 11 plant, at what Sanchez implies is at a loss? And if so, why hasn't Crystallex ceased operating.
