thanks wan, i got that part...but there will be a la gacete issue along with the title...it's a righteous pain to pull these and get them translated but a few of the guys here know how...i'm curious about the "ownership/maintenace part"

it could provide clues into venz idea of how a "JV" works...i.e. does ven cover 1/2 the costs?
