you're right about many (if not all) of us not checking GRZ's 10q...the lack of action recently has made most of us a little lax in our diligence....also, a few of us are playing elsewhere until hugo gets off the pot...and coke...

personally, i'd have no problems with a JV if it meant we split the costs also...
