I'm have my doubts about LC being help up if Kry goes to arbitration and VZ makes a deal with some one else to mine. I actually think it would bolster Kry's case if LC was put into production. Right now Kry is waiting for a permit and for someone else to develop LC they would need the same permit the Kry was denied without just cause. It would be just one more nail in their case.
