The tours made by the presidential head of state, Hugo Chávez, by the various nations of the world correspond to an investment that increases cooperation between Venezuela and the world, said the president of the Venezuela-Iran Joint Commission and Minister of People's Power for Basic Industries and Mining Rodolfo Sanz.
In this way, the representative responded to the Venezuelan opposition, who has strongly criticized the international tours of the president, saying that "after announcing the anti, President Chavez began a tour."
