I have always been told by RM that there was a response to the denial and that was ther request for and approval of the revised plan. However in the instant statement there is no mention for the request or approval of the modification. I recall if the appeal to the Minister is not responded to by the Minister then it is assumed denied. Did the revised plan count for anything?
