no_bear, If this wasn't a "material event" at the TIME, then what is? I believe KRY shareholders were waiting for some, any, positive news during the whole month of March! We were begging Richard Marshall for just such news. It might have helped the share price! Now, we will never know. IMO, KRY Management has again failed its shareholders and must be held to account. vlada
