He spews out trash and the poor buy it because they see cheap meat at the supermarket not knowing that the mortgage payment for this systems is coming. USSR had more resources and clout and they went bankrupt, what can Chavez do with such a small country completely reliant on foreign goods. Absolutely nothing.
