-tin leaf is suffering from malaria..substitute mayor of sifontes sending water etc.

-mendoz-soda mine workers are po'd...the ven govt pr was originally "the govt has reclaimed the mendez-soda" now that the miners are out of work and owed money the story hints that "the chinese skipped town without paying"

no ven articles i could find on kry/rusoro/LC/grz, etc....maybe later
