The decree establishing the Socialist Corporation Public Service Company (Corp), was signed on Wednesday the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, who urged governors to form joint ventures.

It also called on regional authorities to establish joint ventures: "Governors: are we going to do joint ventures with the national state and regional communities and the mayor."
"Let all the states in joint ventures, including multiple partnerships," he said and clarified that the Revolutionary Government is "working with the real business honest, transparent and really support this process not to any vagrant who gets the money from the people. "
In the direction of giving impetus to the formation of joint ventures during the day the Socialist Corporation Public Service Company (Corp) and Cojedes state governor's office this afternoon signed a letter of intent today.
This paper aims at specifying the head of state, "forming a joint venture dedicated to the management, exploitation and transportation of the mines of granite of El Pao and Cerro graphite deposits Osunita, Cojedes state."
The instrument was signed by the Minister of People's Power for Public Works and Housing, Diosdado Cabello, the governor of Cojedes state, Teodoro Bolívar.
With this, the Ministry of People's Power for Housing and Public Works made an alliance and form a joint venture socialist to generate employment for all workers in the state Cojedes.
The president issued a series of reflections and an explanation of what the revolutionary offensive, to enter most directly on the construction of socialism from below, from the town, parish and from the states.
