RM tells me that it was just a procedural hearing in the judge's chambers.
If it is similar to such things here in the US, it is primarily for the judge and attorneys to discuss the case calendar (what will happen when) and other non-substantive matters. Sometimes they are used to keep the judge apprised of progress in the case and encourage a settlement.
Sometimes orders are issued following such a hearing that makes official what the parties' attorneys agreed to at the time, other times there are no orders issued, all depends on the matters discussed and the preference of the judge.
Bottom line: it was apparently no big deal.
We can continue to patiently wait for a permit or arbitration filing in the not too distant future.
