sasa, hugo is owed big money by the argentinians (via loans and banco del sur)....mexico is not as powerful, and does not constitute as much of the import/export of the ven GDP as the US.....cemex/mexico is the one company he can f' with almost no reprocussions...the mexicans have there own problems right now...and hugo's interests are with "forming co-ops with other indigenous type countries"....hell, even brazil has told him "not right now baby".....

i've often thought that kry might just be in ven after hugo....
