As part of policies to support small-scale mining sector in the short and medium-scale enterprises, CVG-Minerven, gave lots of ten to twenty hectares, approximately, to different cooperatives and Eps in southern Bolivar state, on the concessions, located in The Incredible sector INC 17.

In the legal framework referred to the provisions of the twenty-seventh clause of the contract for mining exploration, development and mining of alluvial gold and grain. It provides a CVG-Minerven the requirement to obtain prior approval from the Ministry of Popular Power for Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam).
