Members of the Committee on Energy and Mines of the National Assembly (AN) will arrive next Friday to Ciudad Guayana order to inspect the operational and financial base of companies, after the aluminum sector workers out of the diagnosis them with any proposals that help to rescue the crisis on Wednesday in Caracas.
The information released by the NA deputy, Angel Marcano, who said that during the visit of the commission, the workers will have the opportunity to express the true reality that we live in the industries in Guyana.

"There is crisis and lack of adequate technology," said Marcano, as one of the points highlighted during the introduction of the discussion.
He noted that once the assessment, a restoration plan to emerge between the national government and the workers with the aim to reinvigorate the optimization of the factory and, therefore, to revive the region.
Companies are struggling with the crisis

For its part, the secretary general of the Union of Alcasa (Sintralcasa), José Gil, said that layoffs possibly perpetrated by private enterprises in the region are due to a destabilizing acts by some politicians to attack the government .
"Despite the immobility, these companies have to create situations of conflict and is a ploy of the opposition to run this series of layoffs," he said.
On the other hand, indicated that the private sector industries are also part of a gear with some of the industries of the state. If a company falls core, says Gil, private are handicapped.
Was taken as an example the case of the aluminum sector. There is a kind of domino effect if Bauxilum left of producing alumina, would be affected immediately Alcasa and Venalum, who in turn inhibit the production of smaller companies that are responsible for processing aluminum, mostly in the private sector.

The teamwork between the mass workers' and unions could pay off, is what leaders are betting that make life in the core businesses, said José Sánchez, secretary general of Sutralúmina Bolivar.
Said that politicians have been playing for the failure of core business instead of fulfilling its true role in the workplace which is boosting its development.
