Latin American Herald Tribune on VZ REAL oil prices.

In the above paper today 3/16/09 it reported that at the recent Vienna OPEC Conf(let's see how we can squeeeeze the West) VZ Energy & Petro Minister Rafael Ramirez stated the price of oil at $40/B was "nominal"(sweet crude) and the real price to VZ was $28/B.

He just confirmed that VZ(heavy oil) trades at $10+ lower than quoted Oil prices. With that in play - Who is getting squeeeezed now? Have a nice day Hugo!
