Hello Vlada, I believe written submissions are still underway regarding the Note Holder claims and I understand the initial hearing that was expected in March was rescheduled for sometime in April.

The Company is continuing communication with Senior Venezuelan Officials but there’s yet to be any material change in our position and thus progress and timing remains in their hands. We are available 24/7 to discuss Las Cristinas with Venezuela.

I expect the Company’s 2008 year-end financial results and Management Discussion & Analysis should be completed and filed by the end of the month (March 2009). There should be a press release update at the time of those filings.

I don’t believe the 2009 AGM date has been set yet. The 2008 Annual Report and AGM meeting materials will be written and printed after the 2008 year-end results are filed. I would expect the AGM to be held in Toronto around the same time of year that we have held our previous Annual Shareholder Meetings which has been late June.
