Dear Mr. Marshall,
I have 2 major areas of concern:
!. As a significant shareholder in Crystallex International Corp. I am again requesting an update on the Note Holder Legal Action as was supposedly forthcoming once analysis was complete.

“Crystallex will review and analyse the materials the note holders have served to support their claim to a derivative action. Once this analysis is complete, Crystallex will further advise its shareholders and stakeholders on its next steps with regard to this claim.”
2. Is there anything new happening with the Permit? Attributing the “silence” from the Venezuelan authorities to “bureaucratic ineptitude or slowness” or whatever, just doesn’t cut it any more.
Hoping you will respond,
Respectfully,
Vlada Hrabowsky
P.S. Has the date and location for the Annual General Meeting been announced?
