Both of your ideas make no sense at this point in time. Are you even aware of the notice Crystallex gave Venezuela on Nov. 28?

Here is an excerpt from the PR:

"On November 28, 2008, Crystallex delivered a letter to the Government of Venezuela notifying it of the existence of a dispute between Crystallex and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela ("Venezuela") under the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of Venezuela for the Promotion and Protection of Investments (the "Treaty").

It is Crystallex's intention to settle the dispute amicably within six months. If the dispute has not been settled amicably within six months, Crystallex has the option of submitting the dispute to international arbitration."

We should hear something by May 28th. If not we go to arbitration. Its simple as that.
