money, i'm sure this sort of 100 share manipulation does'nt bring any complaints from brokers either....who pay the exchange...who pay the SEC..

so in the end....i guess this wont end....

a bunch of guys trading at the wall seems like a much more "honest" way to do business...

imagine if there was a regulatory body that did it's job with taxpayer money and was indebted/answerable to the public and not the group they're regulating...
