i caught that one joe, also they're saying "$40bil in expenses to pdvsa"..now trying to cut expenses (social and wages) 40%...on top of it the govt workers are all screaming for a 40% increase in wages to match inflation.....

if you add it all up hugo will have much more than his $60bil "war chest" in outlay by the end of this year....and nowhere to draw credit....

the thing that caught my eye today was that every paper (even the pro hugo ones) had articles claiming hugo's policies were to blame...or corruption/mismanagement etc.....some had multiple articles...but they all came to the conclusion that after 10 years of unchecked power and backing the problems fall on hugo now...they mostly seemed to be against further "expropriations" also....especially when the PDVSA is trying to hold bids with foreign nationals...

he's in a bad way and better produce some answers real fast...
