Polar claims to abide by law

11:34 AM. Economy. Empresas Polar, the largest food industry in Venezuela, stated on Thursday through a press release that it has "always complied with laws," a day after President Hugo Chávez threatened to expropriate it for alleged failure to comply with the regulations in force.
