This was from an article Tues. I know we have to take all of these articles with a grain of salt due to how many times they never materialize:

'Recently we had President Chavez in Ciudad Piar with the revival of Cerro Bolivar, where he made several important announcements about projects ferrosiderúrgicos,' he recalled.

He added that in the next few days awaiting a return visit by the president for the commencement of earthmoving for a new steel to be built near Ciudad Piar.
