the CVG going bankrupt would be the equivelent of the PSUV renigging on oil contracts imo.....

exxon does'nt sue the psuv......they sue the "bolivar republic of venezuela"

same story.....imo

on that note......does'nt the "corporation" (meaning the CVG) being responsible for acquiring the permit.....actually mean that venezuela is responsible for acquiring the permits and that venezuela IS in breach of contract?
