Don, you miss my point. While I have read many of your earlier posts with interest, you seem to be beating the contract interpretation to death, but personal opinions will never answer the questions.

I for one have no idea what KRY is worth in arbitration, with a permit, or in any other situation currently based upon the collapsing capital markets. A well considered discussion of that would interest me.

I don't really think that attorneys have gotten us here so much as politicians and businessmen making silly comments.
