Permitting Negotiations still in play

hoov, I appreciate your wonderful report.

It sounds to me like KRY is STILL in negotiations on hammering out the details of the Permitting Document! and is now in the lengthy process of trying to "ensure that parallel passages in the two versions of the document have the same meaning". I'm surprised. I thought this had already been completed and that its Issuance was being deliberately delayed.

And now that I have an idea on just what frustrations KRY has been experiencing during this lenthy Permitting Process: inefficiencies caused by constant changes to Venezuelan staff, is it not possible to "delicately" and diplomatically ask for a PANEL of experienced personnel who would be dedicated to the sole purpose of producing the required Permitting Document?

We have both agreed that if KRY files for Arbitration once the 6 month Notice expired, (since this would be their fiduciary duty), KRY can then continue these important Permitting negotiations without any further requirement for a delay to Filing.

Am I "off track"?

vlada
