Thank you for qualifying your remark, but I'll bet that it's a "current ongoing major effort".

At some point, KRY has to "draw a line in the sand". What better time than May 28th.

I for one, would rather risk a negotiated settlement with the ICSID, than risk more endless negotiations past May 28/09 that will drive us into bankrupcy.
