Hi CJR, I am going to rec your post to me. What is disturbing to me is London gold heading lower in the face of the bad news, strange even though the glee from the "wer'e going to fix it" announcements from last week seems to have wained. AIG is too big to fail or is it? I hope these tricksters can keep the economy going at least thru the time we need to get an answer in KRY- either permit or arbitration award. From the news I read- I know that Venezuela is in much worse shape than Canada or America BUT their population is already used to living in adverse conditions and ours (the north American continent) is not. Prezone echos my belief that the permit issuance will be based on neccesity, and the worse the situation gets for Chavez the faster this should happen. But whom can outlast whom? My opinion from long ago- Chavez is waiting for the world monetary system to implode as a basis to get out of all of his foregin agreements, either way if the system implodes all this is mute anyways.
