Head formulated the accusation before the different judicial instances from the country
Manuel Head, resident of the Sifontes municipality, presented/displayed a public denunciation against two proprietors of a mining company accusing to them it to have undressed of a series of machineries evaluated in a total of 500 thousand bolivars strong.
The citizen indicated to Humberto Baudes and Elías Cornieles of to him to have expropriated besides the mining concessions Yaguarín zero, Yaguarín I and Mining World, located in the border of that district with Guyana. Motivated for this reason, Head he introduced in the Office of the public prosecutor Superior of the state Bolivar, with copies to the General Office of the public prosecutor of the Republic, Supreme Court of Justice, National Inspectoría of Courts, Ministry of the Popular Power for the Basic Industries and Mining, Department of Military intelligence of the Theater of Operations 5 number and Minerven.
The lack of answers on the part of the authorities, promoted to the declaring one to go to this writing also to condemn to the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Energy and Petroleum to authorize stops volumes of fuel to the company that Baudes and Cornieles handle, in spite of maintaining the weight of this denunciation.
In the middle of the situation Head it was referred by the Office of the public prosecutor Fourth in matter against the Corruption, Banks, Insurances and Markets of State Capitals Bolivar to the Service of Emergencias Bolivar 1-7-1 so that protection was assigned to him, although in the order the imputed ones are not identified nor is clear the crime at issue.
