The President of the Republic announced that he will realise several changes in his cabinet of ministers, because is unsatisfied with the performance in several areas. In order to begin, the agent chief executive returned to the portfolio of Planning to Jorge Giordani, who as several other ministers have comprised of the government in several opportunities.

Caracas. - Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez announced Friday that will realise several changes in their ministerial equipment, after declaring itself unsatisfied by the official management in some sectors and demanding to their collaborators greater efficiency.

Chávez said that the first change will be in the portfolio of Planning and Development, in which it designated to Jorge Giordani, who already held that position and will replace to Haiman the Troudi.

“I am going to make several changes in the government in these next days”, said the agent chief executive in an act witnessed by notary public in Caracas, without specifying the other adjustments.

The president admitted that he is unsatisfied with the performance in some areas and demanded to all the members of the government more commitment with his socialist revolution.

“I am in agreement, not satisfied with the things that we have done, and every day we must do it better”, he indicated Chávez.

“I am forced to request greater consecration”, added, urging to the “ministers and civil servants of all level to leave the offices and the bureaucracy to cross the streets”.

Chávez assured that there are several examples of “our inefficiency” and showed that it is put “to the front” of that responsibility for “reimpelling” his bolivariano project. (AFP)
