makin, this whole country has become so stagnant it's unbelievable....sanz is gonna save the aluminum industry with technology investment (something that should have been done over the last 10 years)...like the psuv, thats why hugos touting "oil cuts" because he's gonna produce less wether he wants to or not...

wheres he gonna get technology for aluminum manufacturing other than outside ven? and outside ven they want money! he cant pay his people or contractors, cant produce for a profit....

i see no other way, hugo has to open the doors to resources to private companies now or he is done!
