Eddy, I agree somewhat to the inefficiency but they sure were quick on the draw when it came to calling KRY back to the table last summer, accepting their proposal included in a letter to KRY and a site visit. It seems things were on a fast track right about then. Maybe thats where the ineffiency comes in to play, they can't focus on one task at a time.
