A lot of it depends on liquidity too. I believe KRY is below the AMEX requirements but it is still fairly liquid which keeps mm's happy. Hence no move has been made to de-list. I suspect a good deal of the trading these days is mm work to keep up the liquidity image. I think only the slow moving stocks under a buck will be in danger...especially with so many now in that category (price wise).
