EZ,Thank you for the clarification.

The Bondholders Court Date has been posponed to April or May, with no date set. Very interesting, IMO. Do you know whether this was directed by the Court or was it a request by the Bondholders?

And doesn't this change constitute a "material change" which should have elicited a Press Release from KRY?
