"All we have now is a bunch of clowns taking a paycheck and doing nothing to earn it as far as we know."
OF, sadly,I fully agree! I am fed up with the "stonewalling", both from Venezuela and from our over-paid BOD and Management. All this "hush hush" is BS, and our pps shows it.
Assuming "no setlement, no buy out, and no Permit before May 27th or 28th,
what I want to know is: How do we shareholders "inspire" (force) Management to file for Arbitration at the earliest possible moment.
Or, is it possible to contact the large shareholders and get them to take some action?
I wonder how many of them read our Board? If not, how can we get their attention?
And if the Board of Directors is on their toes, they will recommend that Management hold the Annual General Meeting AFTER the Arbitration date, not BEFORE.
