Next step to arbitration

I am very pleased to see that so many people agree that the next step should be arbitration - no more BS and no more delays.

My next question is how do we convince Management to inform Ven. officials that "frequent communication (in the form of written, spoken and/or meetings) with Senior Venezuelan Officials", will stop on May 27th and that KRY will follow through with Arbitration on May 28th, 2009?

KRY has to stop talking and force some action to resolve this impasse.
