I sent and email to Geo Salamis asking what a number of you are probably wondering - namely "why spend the $$$ and effort on an appeal, if RML was not planning to further their pursuit if GRZ.

Geo. Salamis said they were "extremely disappointed with the findings and ruling of the judge(and his portrayal of RML and their relationship with Endeavour). "Any success in the appeal will clarify our legal position, but should not be viewed as an attempt to revive the bid".

My best guess is that if, down the rode, any legal action surfaces in Canadian Courts, RML can show they did not act improperly presuming the appeal is successful. It could also be a PR move in an attempt to bolster their Corp. image. We did nothing improper and will defend our name.
