I respect your analysis, and all your posts are very good. However, in this case, I can't agree, and for the life of me, I can't justify a further 2 months wait beyond May 28th if there has been no resolution. Enough! An end must be put to this "saga". If there has been no Permit isuuance, Venezuelan has shown "bad faith" and KRY has been far too generous and compliant- file for Arbitration on May 28th!
