I do understand you are not able to speak of insider information, but a statement, without prejudice, that does offer an opinion either positive or negative would be appreciated. What is happening with the SP that it is slowly appreciating almost suggesting something is going on behind the scenes; could it be that this file is being advanced?...I wonder...

We are approaching a significant deadline which does not appear to be of importance to the officials in Venezuela.
