RML 13G

was filed yesterday by Frank Holmes of US Global investors and shows
ownership of 26.7M shares with a 6.56% interest of ownership now in RML.

On Feb 11 RML.V saw a huge volume day of over 7M shares traded. It
could have been this fund buying.

There are no other 13G's that I show prior to this one so it tells me
it was a buy and that since the fund now holds over 5% they had to file
the 13G yesterday.
